Basic Statistics including linear and multi-variate regression.

Drafting detailed client reports and deliverables.

Supporting marketing and business development through research on campaigns and prospects, mining data for thought leadership, and tracking and communicating market trends to internal staff.

Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and publish intellectual capital and thought leadership pieces.

Developing tools, templates, and analytical models for the Firm as needed to support consistency and quality across clients.

Gathering data and conducting analyses in support of client deliverables, including, but not limited to, competitive compensation analyses (retrospective, current, and prospective analyses for corporate executives and board directors), competitive performance analyses, equity dilution and overhang analyses, and pay-for-performance assessments.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: The Farient data analyst also contributes as a technical resource, helping to maintain databases, pipelines and other data infrastructure. This position participates in client deliverables, marketing and research initiatives, supporting the client service and go to market strategy of the firm. The Farient data analyst is an expert in data acquisition, statistical analysis, data review and visualization, and can pull together and interpret varied data and sources to create a seamless story to inform better decision-making.

Experience working with coding languages-preferably SQL and Python.

Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.

College degree in Management and Information Systems or Bachelors in related field and prior experience as a data analyst.

Adhere to work procedures, SOPs and processes that support Company and departmental standards.

Run additional requested reports as needed for other AUDIT departments.

Review Customer Complaint data and generate reports as needed.

Conduct reviews on Product Performance (sourcing data from Auditor QC) and Product Purchasing Patterns (sourcing data from the monthly Sales Report) to determine patterns, correlations, and causations of customer purchasing changes.

Assist with developing reports and presentations on analytical findings.

Analyze and Interpret Sales and Customer Data to determine purchasing patterns and market trends.
